If your shop is too far to tow, use that stop leak stuff and take it up there. I had a leaky radiator on my Civic not too long ago and I've just been putting water in there until I had enough money to get it fixed and there were no other damage. Point is, find your power steering fluid and pour the stuff in on your way up (I don't recommend you doing what I did on your power steering though).

I agree with Jen... don't use "Stop-Leak" unless you plan to ditch the car soon. But it can buy you a bit more time if you use it. Just don't rely on it long-term.
