another 89 honda crx problem?
 

my fuel guage just pops to past full after ive been driving it a while....but sometimes when i shut off my car, wait a while, and then restart the needle goes where it should be....could this be my fuel pump thats messing up or what seems to be the problem?if the fuel sending unit is bad how do i change it and where is it located
