Any problems with Honda Civic Hybrid?
 

I got this car back in February and things were working fine until late May when the temps here (Phoenix) started going up. The hybrid system won't assist or charge, and then the IMA battery drops to almost nothing and I have to recharge it from there. Needless to say, my gas mileage has suffered tremendously (I get 33-36mpg now). The dealer says that if the battery pack gets hotter than 130ºF, the IMA will shut down to protect it. 2 things: 1) I don't see how this shutdown would result in a full battery discharge2) How should I go about the fact that they never mentioned this when they sold me a car (again, in Phx) I've already brought it in twice, and they waited till the 2nd trip to tell me of the "common" condition
