Did Honda put the old Accord body on to the new Civic's?

I just checked out the new 2008 honda civic coupe and it looks exactly like last years Accord which didnt sell as well as the Civic.. it seems that they've stolen the Civic design and put it on the Accord.. I feel cheated, I loved the 2007 Civic body.. or maybe I'm seeing things? LOL
