These two fans look exactly alike--Recently, the air conditioning stopped running properly, and it looks like it was because one of the fans had a bolt loose, and stopped spinning. Now, the car won?t start, even with a jump. However, the battery bolts are corroded, and the car may start if the cables are adjusted. Batteries fine, alternators fine

Looks like you over heated the engine (due to a failed fan) and the engine has siezed.
