honda Civic 2002 Window does not close!?
 

Hi,































I have the an issue with my Honda Civic 2002. It was working fine and all of a sudden, the rare passenger window does not operate. It neither closes nor opens. It is stuck. I do not hear any clicking sound when I try to operate the window panel.































Any help here would be appreciated.

the motor in the window could have gone out.. not sure just take it in to a shop an theyll tell you.

If you can do it yourself, two things to check for.































The fuse for the power window is blown - replace with the same capacity.































The plastic belt that is driven by the motor to crank up or down the window is snapped. You can replace it easily - pry open the side panel (careful - they are clipped to the body panel).































Get a used belt from the wreck yard to save money. Take the old one to the yard to match for the replacement.
