Honda Civic EX?
 

Ok, This thread is for the honda civic only, so please dont tell me to buy another car.































I am currently thinking about finding a 96-01 Honda Civic EX, with the D16Y8 motor (SOHC V-TEC) . I have the budget and plans all laid out to purchase a T3/T4 turbo and kit (piping, etc.) I am thinking about doing all bolt on work, (Ignition, Exhaust, Filters, ECU, etc.) Then pushing 6-9 psi on the turbo.































Ok, that is ONE plan. I have had friends of mine who have done this (Give or take a few diff brands of products) and made 250 ish HP with 150 ish foot lbs of torque. All for under 2k budget.































Also, I thought about find a large diesle turbo and putting a smaller bearing in it, so it spools up faster.















NOTE: This will be a daily driver, and I am looking to keep it for 4 to 6 yrs.
