Honda civic ex and crower 63441yt

I am desperately in need of some advice from any one who has installed a crower 63441Yt in civic. I have been unable to get my civic back in operation after installing one of this cam shafts in a d16y8 engine for about six months. At installation of the cam shaft I also installed 8.5 to1 pistons in the engine. Above idle the engine runs fine to about 4000 rpm. I have checked and rechecked the cam shaft timing even to the extent of using the cam shaft key as a reference since the cam shaft pulley is an aftermarket adjustable item. At the moment I am runninig the stock honda fuel managememt system. The engine appears to one be running very lean. in additionally the ignition timming is about 20 degrees off I think it is in the late direction if I follow the official Honda timing procedure for this car. I plan to install a greddy emanage ultimate to by some flexability in tunning the fuel system. Also there is an edellbrock turbo kit installed in the exhaust side of the engine the air intake side of the engine is configured for non turbo aspertation
