That actually depends on the size of the turbo. Be more specific next time. Different turbos will flow different amounts of air at the same boost levels. Find the kit you want first, then start asking those questions. Also, you didn't specify what model/year/engine CRX you have, so any answer will be pretty difficult. I suppose if I really wanted to generalize I could. I'm assuming you have a stock bottom end D series motor...if you have the Si, and you were to use something like a basic T3/T04 Turbo you could probably run a max of 7psi...assuming you had a decent fuel system setup and a good tune, and would probably hit about 170-190whp. After that you'd need to build the motor if you wanted any sort of reliability. Also, make sure you get a clutch that will hold up to that power, otherwise you'll be sitting on the side of the road looking sad real quick. Good luck.
