I have a 2000 Honda Civic & receintly the doors have a clicking noise and
 

the door control won't always work. At times the inside door switch to lock the doors doesn't work, and then at anytime it will just start clicking again. Do you have any suggestions?

This happened in my car, and I found that a fuse had blown. Bring it to a garage, and tell them to look at the fuses, or if you can change fuses, then you can do it!
