There Can Be A Couple Of Reasons

1) Your Shifting Too Fast

2) Your Clutch Is Going Out

3) Sounds Like A Bad Pressure Plate

Cars arent designed for speed shifting.

Cars arent desingned for shifting without a clutch.

Cars are designed to be driven normally, fully depressing the clutch, shifting at a normal speed and releasing the clutch. Road cars gearboxes are designed with syncro rings and helical cut gears, to shift slowly and smoothly.

Why do you think that race cars have different gearboxes to road cars? Race gearboxes are made with straight cut gears and no syncro rings to enable them to be shifted with no clutch and shifted very fast.

By the sounds of things, you have stuffed your syncro rings. As suggested, try draining your oil, and refilling with new oil. I doubt it will have any affect though.

Your best option is to change your driving habits, or instal a gearbox that will handle constant abuse.
