If it's never had a timing belt I'd say it needs one, probably needs fuel / air filters, spark plugs and wires, o2 sensor(s), if it has a check engine light fix that first, then go from there till it runs like new.

You are nearing the time for a timing belt. That cost a whole blood clot lot. As long as you get your routine maintenance you should be fine. You might have your axles looked at as well. That's expensive too if you need to get them done.
