I have a '94 honda civic dx, my car radio and lighter are not working properly.?
 

I think its the fuse but im no mechanic. If it is the fuse how do I know which one it is? (pic would help a lot) thanx

there should be a guide on the cover to fuses. the radio and lighter are both on the same fuse, but theres two of them for the radio, only one is shared with the lighter so check them both.
