Any engine oil, go and speak to halfords and see what they recomend

Engine oil 10w 40w.If your car is in good nick don't use cheapo oil.

You will need at least a semi-synthetic or fully synthetic oil like mobil1 etc.. for an engine like the Type R.































Find your handbook and it will tell you there.
