I need a roof rack for my 07 civic?
 

got a lease and a soft rack which ties to the underside of the hood might ruin the door molding. i'd like to try to avoid that. so I need a hard rack, any suggestions. ps I'm a complete novice to racks...so do I need a mounting kit too? also maybe something budget priced















I tried ebay but no great matches came up for my 07 civic. got any brands in mind?

There are three resources that are best for the budget minded.































First, try eBay. If it comes with no instructions, you can get them online (most likely) or from a dealer parts counter if you need them.































Second, try your local AutoTrader magazine.































Third, you can always try other auction sites, Craig's List and finally you local newspaper.































There are also many 'aftermarket' (non-factory) racks that attach exactly in the manner you require.
