Well just get a civic and then put some money in the engine and it will be more powerful then a Si.You are going to pay for the Si insurance its only 20 more horsepower then the regular one.And when you get a regular one and its fast you still pay for a regular insurance one not a Si

sorry they dont make an SI in 1998 only in 99 and 00
