Is my 2008 Honda Civic a Lemon? Lemon Law??? Please help!?

I bought my new 2008 Honda Civic 4Dr EX in November of 2007, and haven't had too many problems. In the last couple months, I have heard a really anoying obvious rattling sound coming from the roof/ceiling area. When I put my hand up on the area and put pressure there, the rattling ususally stops...but it then returns when I take my hand down. The sound is pretty consistent, but sometimes is intermitten. I have taken the vehicle into the dealership multiple times, where I bought the car brand new, and they can't fix the problem. They have tried to put foam up there, but it looked like crap, got the car dirty & stinky, and it still rattled. Then they took it out, supposedly fixed it again, and then it still rattled. I have had to take time out of my day, just so that they could waste my time and "say that they fixed it"....ugh! Someone talked to me about the "California Lemon Law", but I wasn't sure if I was entitled to anything. Please help me!!! I don't know what to do!!!

From what I understand from the Lemon Law and how it applies is that the problem has to be mechanical and it has to hinder the ability of the vehicle to drive properly, meaning within it's mechanical limits of it's design. The dealership has to fix the problem approximately 3 times before it is deemed a "lemon" and this entitles you to a refund of equal value or a completely new vehicle.
