my Honda Civic 2000 keeps red lining at 5ks its supposed to hit the 8ks but its not?

does anyone know where the governor is and how do i take it off who cares about the o2 censors i can fix that

You may have the wrong computer in it, Or if its hopped up, you may have messed up something installing ignition parts or a tach

Don't try to redline your car to 8000rpm, I suppose you have an Automatic?
