nice car looks nothing to back it up?

nope srry, civic with lgihts and body kit will never be a nice car. time to get a real car. 800 wont do much to make your 4banger any faster. save your money, sell your car, and get a new one. and you dont usualyl race people at the drag strip. you just race yourself for times. but, if you want to be extra ricey, get the loudest ugliest exhaust that you can, get some chromed out rims, and get some underglow.

is it an automatic? what kind off engine.... if it has a 1.5 you need to put your $825 into a J-spec 1.6 bolts right up if you are in NC you can call japan direct in raleigh

Honestly, dont bother. Youll spend way more modifying than its worth. This is how it will go: You can spend 5 grand to get some actual performance out of your car, or you could sell your car and use that 5 grand and buy something far faster to begin with, like an LS1 based f-body (SS or z28 camaro, firebird formula, trans am), and have somethign with way way more potential. Civics arent race cars, contrary to what many people try to make them. Theyre family cars. Buy something designed for speed if you want to make something fast for cheap.

I can only offer the advice that if you truly want a car to perform you should have started there first. You would have found out that Civic isn't going to give you a lot of options to pump it up and could have traded it in for something with more power or upgrade possibilities. If this is an option look into de-modding the car, selling off those parts and then trading it in or selling it for something with more potential. Otherwise the tweaks you could spend your money on won't get you much 'bang for your buck'.
