fuel filter... and or the catalytic converter.... auto zone and ask to have it scan.... they might find the problem for free.... fuel filter you could change out just need a screwdriver most of the time anyways but the other has to be done and you dont want to know the price....should call a round to a few muffert shop s and. ask for a price and go with the cheapest.... but have it scan first and or try some fuel treatment also

Buy some fuel injector cleaner and dump that in after you fill your gas tank (you have to have a full or nearly full tank of gas for this to work). If that doesn't help, change your fuel filter and follow up with fuel injector cleaner.

You may have to use the cleaner more than once for it to work. I had to run it through 3 times before it made a difference for my car. :)

If the catalytic converter is plugged, you would never have any power to start with. One possbility is that the engine is worn out. Another possiblity is that the timing belt has slipped and the vehicle's valve timing is retarded. Your best bet is to spend the money and have the vehicle diagnosed.
