The short answer is neither. What you would need is a full turbo "kit" which includes such things as a replacement exhaust manifold, fittings, adapters, brackets, hoses, a boost management system, and a blowoff valve. As your car doesn't have a turbo from the factory, you have alot of work before you get to the part where you're picking turbos off the shelf. And even then, what's compatible with your kit depends on the kit.
