What 02 sensor performs best for 1991 Honda CRX DX model?

Any additional thoughts on the TPS or throttle position sensor? Im asking as I've seen a drop in mpg from upper 30's to 27mpg. Plugs and wires, air filter, and distributor cap have all been changed. I could remove the two injectors and clean them too.
