What is the best year model of Honda Civic?
 

I'm trying to figure out which year of Honda Civic I would like to buy. I want to have the best mpg I can afford, which is about $12,500. Does anyone know? Also, does anyone know the best Toyota car for MPG? Do Volvo's get good mileage per gallon? PLEASE HELP!! Thank you!
