What Should I get? a 2008 Ford Focus with 4.9 % APR or a 2007 Honda Civic

That's a pretty big difference in APR. Im guessing that the APR for the Focus comes from Ford? If so, you may also want to look at Toyota. They are offering 0% on 11 models. You should check them out too.
