will axels from a 2000 civic single fit my 88 civic crx single?
 

i just broke both axels on my 88 honda crx......my friend has extra axels from a 2000 civic ex coupe.....i was wondering if anyone with some mechanic background would be able to help tell me if they'd fit.....i know the eg civics fit from 88 to 95 but i'm totally clueless as to weather the 2000 would work.....thanks in advance
