Judging by the photo, the carpool lane OK sticker its a hybrid, then Id say jump on it

I don't like airbags, so for me I like to buy older vehicles for my personal vehicle, but for the family car, which my wife and kids are in, I make sure its brand new when we get it and has all the safety features,































So yes i would buy a car without airbags, but you need to figure out what u want. and like previous statement, look into history of car, carfax, etc..., I wouldn't want to buy car that's been fixed up after airbags deployed, not saying its impossible, but not likely that car is stolen, people usually will part out, not sell, just make sure legit transaction.
