The lights work in the dash.. everything else does too.. just no
readings what so ever.. no tach.. no speedo.. no fuel guage.. no temp..
all dead..

Is it the A/T Speed Pulser? Or??

Any help would be Greatly Appreciated!

StarKist.
I don't know how close is the 91 Accord is to the 91 Prelude as far as
electrical, but the Accord has a fuse(No. 1 in the dash fuse panel -
10amp) that supplies power to the gauges and is independent of the
dash lights)It looks like the seatbelt warning light and the check
engine light,(among others) will not work either if that fuse is
blown.

I have a similar problem in a 1994 Dodge Intrepid. Could it be loose/
corroded wires?

That fuse number 1 might be a 7.5 ampere unit. It is in my '88 Prelude.

It could be a bad ignition switch. In the dash fuse box (with the ignition
on), do you have voltage on _both_ sides of fuses 1 (7.5 ampere), 12 (10
amp.) and 13 (10 ampere)?
