2000 CRV-Front end vibration when doing slow full turns

My 2000 AWD Crv makes a vibration type sound when doing slow full turns.
Sounds and feels like a tire is rubbing. The sounds seemed to start when I
bought new Michelin tires, supposedly of same size. I checked the tire
clearance though at full turn and there is no area where tires can rub.
Has anyone had a similar experience or have any idea as to what is going on?

I checked the fluids in the transaxle and the power steering unit and they
are full.
Ialso installed new front Honda brake pads well before they were wore to
limit.

it's from the rear differential. have the fluid changed.

Like Chip said, and it HAS to be Honda Dual Pump Fliud, (or Honda Z1 if
you can't find DPF) every 50,000 Km (30,000 miles) The manual is
incorrect about the interval.

I changed it using Hondas oil for it and the vibrations went away---amazing.
Hard to believe the vibrations at the rear end.

Thanks a bunch for the great advice.

Chip:
As I indicated earlier,I did what you recommended and the problem went away.
Could you give me a brief explanation why this fixed the vibration problem
or why low /old fluids cause it?

Thanks,
Arlen
