2000 Odyssey lighter fuse

I have checked all fuses but can't find a bad one and neither lighter works
plus the stereo has no power either. Is there a in line fuse somewhere?

Re: 2000 Odyssey lighter fuse

Drivers under dash fuse/relay panel fuse 8 feeds the accessory relay. Fuse 9
feeds the sockets and audio unit and may be part of the relay assembly. They
are not lighter sockets. If you are trying to use them for such you will
blow the fuse. F9 is only 15 amps. It also states in your user manual to not
use them for lighters....

it's a 15amp fuse in the passengers under dash fuse box. very common.
mostly due to 7-eleven cell phone chargers.

Re: 2000 Odyssey lighter fuse

I just had this exact problem on my 2002 (due to running a power inverter,
though it had run fine for a year)

I checked Fuse 9 and it looked fine - I didn't Ohm it. The dealer said - it
was just fuse 9! dooh!

replace Fuse 9 in the passenger side fuse box (above the passenger's feet)

The guys on this list straightened me out on this - thanks again!
