2001 CR-V door locks
Got one rear door power lock that won't lock, with the remote but will open
with the remote. It will not lock with the master switch on the driver door.
I thnk it may be a weak actuaitor.
Is this a difficult item to remove and install. Or can the the old actuaitor
be repaired.
thanks.

I am not a Honda specialist but I would check the jumper wires between
the door and the body, maybe one of them has broken caused by the door
being opened and closed over a period of time.

Re: 2001 CR-V door locks
we never use these rear doors ( open and close)so I doubt that there would
be a problem in the wireing, its just a pain to have to manually lock that
door, or pay Honda $150.00 for a new actuator, but thanks for the reply.
