2003 Pilot Clunking Calipers
Has anyone had any experience with the brake calipers clunking on the first
brake application after changing direction? The dealer says this is normal for this car. I told them it's bull for a $35K car to make that kind of noise. Thanks, John C. |

Thanks Jim, but a short click I could live with. This is a VERY noticeable
clunk. Re: 2003 Pilot Clunking Calipers
Same here with a Pilot 2003.
The clunk is loud now. I started to notice it after about a year. There is noway I could have missed it at the beginning - too loud. I have yet to get to the dealer for this (and a squeeking driver seat). This makes you wonder how many dealers out there really do not care about
cutomer service. I love the Web. Good luck.
