2004 Honda Accord EX stereo help

My wife just got a 2004 Honda Accord EX with leather and navigation.
She did not opt for the 8 CD changer, tape player, or MP3 player.

I assume the stock stereo has inputs on the back to support the
devices listed above. What I would like to do is have a stereo shop
connect a 3.5mm stereo adapter to the input on the stereo so I can
plug in any device I feel like and have it play through the car
speakers.

Is this possible? If so, is there anything special I need to look out
for, ask for, etc? Also, if possible, how much should I look to pay
to have all this done, with a nice looking jack mounted somewhere
accessible?

Thanks!

Yup. PIE makes the adapter you want. Logjam Electronics is a good
place to get it.
