20k service 2003 crv
 

Hello;

My 2003 crv is due for its 20k mile maintenance. according to the owners
manual it is oil/filter change/tire rotation and inspection of
hoses/brakes/etc

dealer wants to charge $160 for this. Unfortunely I threw away a flyer
from the dealer describing what they do just for an oil change, I had always
thought that for the price of an oil change they do the same cursory checks
as for 20k mile service.

dealer I am going to next week is Los Gatos honda.
any comments would be appreciated

Because the tires on the vehicle I own were purchased from Sears
I just had the services peformed as mentioned for $31CDN which may translate
into about 25 murcan bucks.

I hope you enjoy sex because someone is screwing you big time. Dealers are
for warranty work only in my books.
