92 Accord EX brake light ground problem

I have a 92 Accord EX with an apparent bad ground on left side brake light.
Can anyone tell me were I'd likely locate the problem????

Ground wires on an automobile are black. You can intercept any black
wire and ground it to the body. If a wire has black stripes and
another color don't ground it.
I have Chilton's '92 Accord wiring diagram.....ground wires are black!
Don't ground to the trunk lid, ground to metal that does not move.
One more thing....use crimps, don't just twist wires together.
