92 Accord Transmission Problem
My Accord has been revving too high in 4th gear (automatic). At cruise it's
always a few hundred RPM too high. For Example, at 120 Km, I used to rev at
3000 RPM, now I'm around 3200 RPM. Occasionally the tranny will go into
that "overdrive" gear and rev normally again, but it happens less and less
as time goes on. My fuel economy has decreased as a result. Any ideas or
tips would be appreciated.

How are those ZLIN's doing at Sault? Last time I flew into Kitchener to pick
up an overhauled DG, they had two of your ZLINs there in pieces, ripping out
all of the wiring harnesses and replacing it with non-flammable wiring.

Re: 92 Accord Transmission Problem
They're doing ok, although they're aging fairly fast (other than the three
new ones, most of them have ~6000 hours on them - quite a bit for 1995's).
One of them got damaged fairly bad by a hard landing this summer (lousy
first years..lol), but it should be online soon. The college is looking to
replace the fleet, probably with either the Diamond DA20 or DA40. However,
I'll be gone by the time they get here. Do you fly as well?

Re: 92 Accord Transmission Problem
Yep - http://www.nerocam.com/Aviation.asp
I would LOVE to get my hands on the new Diamond DA42 - twin diesel once it
gets over this side of the Atlantic. 75% power, 201 kts and 11.8 gph TOTAL
running Jet-A, Garmin glass cockpit...nice.
