93 civic wont start during damp weather
 

--My 93 civic with 1.5L engine starts super normally but when its been raining aùoff and start. I had mechanic to check it when this happened and he assured me ùdistributor. So i replaced it with new one and first time it rained it wouldnt ùwhat is causing this? Could it be something simple like bad plug wires or distrùyou can. Thanks

Try again, during wet weather it dont start, other times it is fine. Replaced dùis happening. Any help appreciated.

Try again, during wet weather it dont start, other times it is fine. Replaced dùis happening. Any help appreciated.

Try it yourself. When the weather is fine and it starts spray things
(one at a time) under the hood with a spray bottle (or hose set on fine
mist). See it it makes a difference on wires or other components.

Your message is edited, probably incorrectly. The problem
most likely means that the distributor cap or distributor wires
are wet. Clean out the moisture inside the distributor and use a
genuine or quality distributor cap O-ring. Then use a can of
ignition wire/cap sealer and give it a good spray. Put on
dielectric grease inside new spark plug boots.
