'98 Civic LX 5-speed. IAC replacement
Is replacement of an idle air control valve something the home mechanic
can do? Any tricky calibration required after replacement?
(Valve failure was diagnosed by dealer, but the car, with my daughter in
it, left the area before it could be fixed. Now she wants to do it
herself...)
Thanks,
Chris Beall

Shouldn't be too tricky to install. Some I've seen on other brands of
cars have an adjustment for idle speed... yours probably doesn't.
