98 Honda Accord V6 Check Engine Light
I was hoping somene has experience they'd like to share with me regarding a
check engine light that came on my car. My Honda has 58,000 miles. It's a V6. If there's more info you need, let me know. I was reading and it could be something to do with emissions? Thanks for responding. |

It could be something as simple, as you not having turned your gas cap enough times, when putting it back on the filler neck. Which is related to the emission system. -- Brian http://www.cakesbydarlene.ca http://www.accesswave.ca/~orion |

Re: 98 Honda Accord V6 Check Engine Light
Thanks for the feedback. I went to AutoZone. The code is P0401 - EGR Valve
Problem - something to do with emissions. They also cleared the code and the check engine light is off now. But it may reoccur if the problem continues. Any one have thoughts? Re: 98 Honda Accord V6 Check Engine Light
I finally got a chance to call the dealer, and sure enough, just as Chip
said, they will repair it covered under the extension. So, thanks very much for the help. "Kiy Oting" <kytingpal@cox.net> wrote in message news:gd7Oc.30$Yr.15@okepread02... > Thanks.
