99 Accord Alarm Going Off at Random! Why?
My 99 Accord LX alarm (Honda) is going off randomly when the car is locked.
When it goes off it will sound for a minute or so then shut off. It may repeat this again in 10 to 20 minutes. It seems to have started not long after I went through a car wash. The weather in the area has been very cold... consistently below freezing. Any experience with this or suggestions? Thanks in advance. |

If any of them goes out just as it latches, see if the switch is damaged, or glue a shim to the spot where the switch pushes. If you have replace with a non-Honda stereo, an unused wire may be dangling inside the dash and shorting randomly. 'Curly' |
