Does anyone know what it means (1994 Accord EX)?

I also have a 2001 Accord EX and am having the same problem . It has come on twice now. Honda fixed it about 2 weeks ago and it came back on last night. The first time they had to replace the opd sensor. Would have cost me almost $500 if I didn't buy the extended 100,000 mile waranty through Honda Care.
