Accord Shifting

I have noticed while cruising at a steady speed in my 92 accord, it will
kind of act like it is shifting up and down. I don't think that it is
actually shifting though. For example when I have cruise set on 65 on the
freeway (about 2800 RPM) and I start to go up a slight grade it will do it
and instead of what you would think would downshift it actually acts like it
is upshifting, the tach will drop to like 2500 RPM's and then once it levels
out and the gas is letting off, the tach will jump back up to 2800 RPM.
Hope this makes sense, kind of difficult to explain. Any ideas?
Transmission going out on me?

How full is the tranny, what's the mileage, what color is the ATF on a
sheet of paper, and when was it last changed? Is your coolant reservoir
full to the line?

I once owned a 93 Accord and I had similar problems--esp. on a grade.
Honda must have gotten a lot of complaints about this problem. I seem to
recall that about 1997--Honda started something new. It's called Grade
Logic Control. It's suppose to keep the transmission from switching gears
on grades. It does not always work.
