Is there an intake (like an aem cold air intake) that goes right down the in
front of the air dam in the front bumper? for a 2000 civic?

I would go with an AEM Cold Air rather than a cheapy one, you will be
happier in the long run. The AEM intakes come with a K&N filter which
is twice the size of the cheap cold air filters. I got mine for $169
including shipping for my 99 Si at hondasolutions.com
