Alarm price with installation - Compustar?

Looking to have an alarm installed on my 99 Honda Civic SiR. Dealership
says they can get me the Compustar 2wfm-as model (starter and alarm)
installed for about $550. This would include hooking it up to the auto door
locks and the trunk (is the trunk possible for these?). Is this a good
deal? The only info I can find on prices around the net are for the 2wss-as
model. Any feedback would be great.

Thx

Yes, the price is in $CAN funds. So approx $550 CAN or $410 US. Is this a
good deal?

try some local stereo shops, see what they have to offer, for that price you
should beable to find an alarm with a pager

Not knowing that brand, I can only say it is a "decent" deal. Back in the
early 90's when I owned my own shop. we were offering the Python (same
parent company and equipment as Viper, just different marketing name) 1500HF
for $400 installed.
