Answer on lease extention
Honda will extend a car lease on a customer-by-customer basis, and the
dealers don't handle any part of it. They do not recalculate the lease payment based on the new, depreciated value of the vehicle, no matter how long you want to extend. So, if you need to extend for a month or two while waiting for another car, it could be worthwhile, but not for a long term. -- Larry J. - Remove spamtrap in ALLCAPS to e-mail "A lack of common sense is now considered a disability, with all the privileges that this entails." |

The dealer sold you the car, bought your car back, and--as an agent of Honda's leasing arm--sold you the lease, which was owned by Honda. Why the hell would you think that the dealer would have ANYTHING to do with it anyway? And the word is extension, not "extention". |
