As long as the dealer is using Honda OEM Accessories on the car (except for
the pinstripe) you can make your own decision based on the following Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price or list price for these accessories plus labor. Remember, the factory accessories are usually high quality, fit well and compliment your car but are relatively high priced when compared to the generic aftermarket stuff. The wheel locks are $54 plus .2 hr labor, the mud guards are $94 plus .4 hr labor and door edge guards are $64 plus .4 hr labor. If your dealers labor rate is similar to mine which is $80 per hour, then the total is more than $250 plus the so-called "$3.99" or the few bucks for his pinstripe. So it appears that the dealer is actually giving you a good deal. Contrary to all the conclusions most people jump to about the dealer always "ripping you off". Good luck with your new car.
