If you mean rotors call a salvage yard and ask if they interchange.

You can try looking up the part numbers for the discs on the two vehicles you
have in mind and comparing them at
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...catdisplay.jsp
Under "System/Component" at this site, go to "Front Brake" or "Rear Brake" as
appropriate.
I did a quick check, speculating on the exact models, and it does not look good.
Salvage yards (in your area are a good place to look), like twsfa said. Many
salvage yards are online and have very precise search engines for their
inventory.
