Change headlight

I am the owner of a 2000 Honda CRV. This is the best auto I have ever
owned. I have not had one problem with it from day one, until now.
And it is not a very big one. Can someone tell me how to change the
headlight. The passanger side light dose not come on but the high beam
works fine.
I can’t see taking this to a mechinic or the dealer for a simple job
like this.
Thank you for your time.

Tank,

If you open up the hood and prop in place, look down where the headlights
are, there should be a rubber boot around some wires. Pull this down the
wires and you should see a wire clip holding the headlight mounting in
place. Pop out bulb, three prong and replace, be sure not to touch bulb as
it may be halogen.
