Yep. It's just bolted on.

Holes. And "tan lines" in the paint.

Usual hand tools, plus you need to weld/fill the holes and refinish the
panel. And repaint.
Plus if your spoiler contains the CHMSL, you'll need to blank off and
insulate the connector, or wire up a new brake light in the rear window.
Is it really worth it?

My feeling? Leave well enough alone. If the stock one is damaged, replace
with the same. If you REALLY have to get rid of it, find a salvaged mint
trunk deck and swap.
What is your goal? No spoiler or an aftermarket spoiler?
