crank pulley (harmmonic balancer) 87 civic

is there anyway i could use a crank pulley (harmonic balancer) from
another civic or crx? im having trouble trying to get one after mine
broke the junkyards dont have any 87 civic hatchbacks so i was
wondering if i could get one from a wagon or crx depending on the year
to. I was wondering if they were interchangeable?

check the parts numbers at slhonda.com. if it's a d-series motor, you
should find one to fit.

for future reference, it's not an harmonic balancer - it's just a pulley
wheel. use of the correct tool will avoid breakage. check out
tegger.com for info.
