Direction touble on civic 98 dx

I just had a new little touble on my civic.
It's like there is a losse in the direction. The direction tend to be
not responding quickly and I have checkup the power steering fluid. I
also hear a noise from the inside of the hood when moving the steering
well. I was thinking i might be the steering well tight rod that may be
damage but I realy dont know if any one of u can help me.

I don't know exactly what you mean so will take a guess that you
mean that it is "pulling" to the left or right. If that is the
case, it usually means that your wheels are out of alignment.
If that is the case, take your vehicle to a tire store and
have them adjust the alignment and check the fluid levels. In
some cases, you can tell whether or not you have an alignment
problem by checking the tires. If they ware worn on one side,
it usually means you have an alignment problem.
